Roxanne is a French/English speaking freelance illustrator from Ontario, Canada. Surrounded by fields and forests, she finds a lot of inspiration in nature and likes to illustrate animals, insects, kids, and magical creatures. Her hobbies include, nature walks, nature photography, needle felting, and tending to her garden and chickens.
Her background studies are 3D animation, fine arts, illustration, and design. While freelancing she has worked on numerous projects such as illustrating for children’s books, video games, and animation. Her expertise is painting digitally, but with the use of textured brushes, she gives her illustrations a soft pastel-like quality.
Her past and current clients are Silver Dolphin Books, Little Tiger Press, Cottage Door press, Éditions Lito, Groupe Média TFO, Owl Kids, and Vooks.
