Roxanne Daner is an illustrator and designer based in Nyack, NY. Her work centers on animals and people, placing them in worlds that feel playful, cozy and nostalgic. Using colored pencil, gouache, and limited color palettes, she creates imagery with a warm, familiar sensibility.
After earning a BFA in Graphic Design from Corcoran College of Art & Design, Roxanne moved to Los Angeles and co-founded the branding studio Ludlow Kingsley, where she has spent the past two decades as Creative Director and designer. Alongside her work in branding, she has continued to build a freelance illustration practice focused on storytelling and character-driven worlds.
When she’s not drawing, she can usually be found making pottery, playing tennis or violin, knitting, or raising two sweet boys with her husband and two pups.
Roxanne is proudly represented by Carter Hasegawa (carter@tugeau2.com).
