Praise for Mirabel's Missing Valentine (Union Square Kids, 2018):
"Using muted colors and plenty of detail, Mueller's digital illustrations are warm and cozy with a small town feel. The opening endpapers depict Mirabel's path to school and the folks she'll encounter while the back pages depict those same folks exchanging their own valentines. VERDICT This sweetly inspiring story of a timid mouse stepping outside her comfort zone is a winner. Great for Valentine's or any day."—Catherine Callegari, Gay-Kimball Library, for School Library Journal
Praise for Princess Puffybottom. . . and Darry (Tundra Books, 2019)
One of Bookish's Best Children’s and Middle Grade Books (Winter 2019), One of Kirkus Reviews' Best Picture Books of 2019 For Animal Lovers, One of CCBC's Best Books for Kids & Teens 2019, One of the Ontario Library Association’s 2019 Top Ten Titles)
"Nielsen's tale and Mueller's digitally created pooch and puss pair perfectly. . . . Princess and Darryl need a sequel." --Starred Review, Kirkus Reviews
"Mueller’s frisky digital cartoons flaunt the pets’ differing personalities, making their eventual coziness all the more tender." --Publishers Weekly
