Lee is a writer, educator, and longtime member of the SCBWI, 12 x 12 Challenge, and Courage to Create/Verge Community. She has also been a teacher assistant with the Writing Barn.
Writing is and always will be one of Lee’s favorite things to do, but she also can’t resist a sunny day at the beach, ice cream, puppies, pillows, funny puns, and gumballs—blue has always been her favorite flavor!
Lee writes humorous and heartfelt picture books full of creative wordplay, unique characters, and themes of social-emotional learning, friendship, and perseverance, to name a few.
