Lauren has a special gift for weaving whimsical stories that spark imagination and inspire children to explore, dream, and create their own unique journeys. Her work encourages curiosity and a love of learning, both on and off the page.
A true Ms. Frizzle in spirit, Lauren teaches a STEAM-based engineering program, empowering kids to take risks, embrace challenges, and build confidence to pursue big dreams. She’s also dedicated to nurturing creativity at every age, leading writer’s workshops and fostering self-expression among her peers.
Her writing has been featured on ScaryMommy.com and in the North Salem Post. When she’s not at her desk, you’ll find Lauren hiking, discovering treasures in cozy bookstores, or navigating scenic backroads with the “avoid highways” setting on her GPS.
Lauren calls North Salem, NY, home, where she lives with her husband and welcomes visits from her grown children, especially when her famous tomato sauce is simmering on the stove.
