Kirsten Liedl writes fantasy and speculative fiction for children and young adults. Her YA Fantasy, Not A Witch, was a 2026 RevPit competition winner. She began writing novels to satisfy the insatiable reading habits of her three kids; they already have suggestions for sequels.
Kirsten’s non-fiction writing experience includes serving as an editor on an academic journal and teaching legal writing.
When not writing, she can be found with her family on the lake near her New England home, attempting to keep plants alive, updating the family cookbook, and accumulating additional hobbies at an alarming rate.
